Renewal: Annual License Fee $1,075/calendar year
‍New - to estimate: Application Fee (one time) $750 and License Fee Multiply $89.59 x the number of full months from the date of application through December of the present year
‍Amendment: No Fee
‍The total amount due will be shown at check out for any of these transactions.
