2010 Education Program: 3-A and Global Hygienic Design—This program will open with the perspectives of U.S. stakeholders—processors, fabricators and regulatory sanitarians—on the emerging food safety legislative/regulatory environment and the implications for 3-A SSI. Leading international and U.S. authorities examine the role of 3-A SSI and EHEDG in harmonization activities and other key topics. Separate registration and fee required.
